The thickest XPS boards we produce are 160 mm .

Our XPS boards are offered with several different surface treatments, depending on your application:

1. 1. Rough with fine grooves ( RU & FG): for enhanced bonding with other materials
   2. Rough: for applications requiring grip or adhesion
   3. Smooth (GL): for clean, easy handling and finishing
   4. Waffled (WA): with wholes for increased bonding surface This variety ensures the right fit for construction as well as industrial applications.

We offer XPS boards in widths ranging from 450 mm up to 1250 mm, depending on the production line and specifications.

Board lengths vary depending on the production site:

1. At our Anzegem site: from 1150 mm up to 4000 mm
2. At our Góra site: up to 3120 mm

This flexibility means we can supply both standard sizes and tailor-made dimensions.

Our XPS boards are available in a range of compressive strengths, depending on the requirements of your project:

The lambda value depends on the board type, surface finish, thickness, and compressive strength:

   • 0,035 λ for GL & WA, thickness 20-160 mm
   • 0,036 λ for RU & FG, thickness > 62 mm
2. 400 kPa
