But that’s not really it.
What we really have is a 50-year history of protecting.
Protecting our customers, their products and needs, protecting our longstanding team of dedicated specialists – even as we continue to grow – and protecting the world around us. And for us, that protection goes hand in hand with creation and sustainability. If we’re not constantly innovating, reviewing and improving, then how can we stay world-leaders, in a world that’s ever changing and needs ever more protecting?
It’s a question – and approach – that drives everything we do. So much so, in fact, that today ALL of the products we manufacture ourselves are 100% recyclable. (That’s not to say there aren’t cheaper, non-recyclable raw materials we could use. We just choose not to).
And as providers of the most diverse and complete offering on the market, our entire family of protective packaging and insulation specialists is committed to our approach and our goals.

So how exactly do we do what we do, sustainably?
Because we’re 100% committed to what we call our ‘circular economy’ and ‘cradle-to-cradle’ products – which basically means that none of our waste ends up in the incinerator or landfill. In fact, we have no waste. Everything is reused. And we do this in two main ways:
Our processing
Using raw materials in the form of ‘granulates’ that we extrude and expand, we can create new bubbles, foams, profiles and countless other speciality products. Any waste gets fed back into the process to be used again.
Our recycling
We collect and sort 100% of our group-wide production waste. We then recycle everything in house (no added journeys) and reuse 100% of the scrap.
