RENEW – Technical foam with a minimum of 80% pre-consumer recycled content
In our unyielding commitment to sustainability, we are revolutionising the world of technical foam. Our latest achievements, RENEW POLYLAM and RENEW NOPAPLANK, represent groundbreaking milestones in eco-conscious production.
In our pursuit of sustainability, we are transforming technical foam.
RENEW POLYLAM, created through foam layer lamination, contains min. 80% recycled content that is pre-consumer recycled content, reducing waste and resource demand. RENEW NOPAPLANK, a one-layer extruded polyethylene foam, also includes min. 80% pre-consumer recycled content.
What’s more, both products are 100% recyclable, closing the loop on sustainability.

Solar-Powered Futures, At Abriso Jiffy, we are on a mission to make a positive impact on the environment. By 2030, our ambitious goal is to power 20% of our facilities using solar panels.
Currently, we are already setting an example at our Anzegem (BE) plant. More than 2,200 solar panels provide continuous energy throughout the year, showcasing our dedication to clean and renewable energy sources.
This initiative not only reduces our carbon footprint but also highlights our commitment to sustainability.

This means we are dedicated to drastically reducing our carbon emissions and offsetting the remainder through eco-friendly initiatives. We are investing in cleaner technologies, optimising our processes, and embracing renewable energy sources to lead the way in eco-conscious manufacturing.

Abriso Jiffy is specialised in the extrusion of polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) and polystyrene (PS) into technical foam solutions, profiles, foam and air bubble products as well as flooring underlay, insulation boards and tubes.
Embracing the Circular Economy
Recognising that our products alone cannot save the planet, we have embraced the circular economy. Waste generated during our production processes doesn’t go to waste.
Instead, we utilise leftover gas and oil from polymerisation to craft new bubbles, foams, and profiles. What can not be repurposed is recycled, contributing to a remarkable 100% recycling rate for our production waste.

TAP Comebag® brown bubble mailers. Your Sustainable Choice
Another example of sustainable action is our TAP Comebag® Brown Bubble Mailer which is made from environmentally friendly paper, featuring up to 100% recycled fibers, including 80% post-consumer waste paper.
This choice significantly reduces the demand for virgin resources, curbing deforestation. It is a small step with a big impact, aligning with our commitment to sustainability and a greener planet.

At Abriso Jiffy, we are not just committed to sustainability; we’re actively making a difference through our recycling process. With a capacity of almost 60 000 tons of PE per annum, our approach to recycling is both ambitious and effective.
