Contact Sound Insulation

Polyethylene foam with the thickness from 1mm to 20mm and densities from 18 to 400kg/m³ are used as contact sound insulation for:

  • Luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) underlays
  • Laminate floor underlays
  • Concrete floor underlays
  • Thermo insulating products
  • Dilatation tape
  • Roof insulating products

This underlay from 100 kg/m³ till 400 kg/m³ density and thicknesses from 1 mm till 2 mm is supplied in convenient rolls of 1m and 1,20m and lengths of 10m, 15m, 20m. Other lengths on request.

We have a full assortment of acoustical underlays for Multilayer Modular Floor coverings (vinyl flooring) who comply with the latest regulations following EN 16354; and are certified by leading European acoustic laboratories. We have reports from among other Tüv and the Dibt in Germany.

This underlay from 20 till 400 kg/m³ density and thicknesses from 1 mm till 3 mm is supplied in convenient rolls of 1m and 1,20m and lengths of 10m, 15m, 20m, 25m or longer strips for professional use.

Manufactured from 5 and 10 mm foam they provide acoustic and thermal insulation possible use:

Underlays for floating floors assembled between the concrete slab and the screed with the use of the edge dilatation strip

Protection from freezing temperatures and too quick drying of concrete

They are durable, do not absorb water and do not stick to the concrete

Manufactured from the highest quality foam meshed with an additional thermal screen in the form of a metalized film:
